I was born in Barranquilla, Colombia. I left the city to live in Bogota when I was 8 years old. When I tuned 14 we had to move to Aruba (a beautiful island in the Caribbean) and then when I was 16 we moved with my family to Lima, Peru where I graduated as a Translator and Interpreter. Finally I decided to come back to Colombia when I turned 27 and I've been here for nearly 2 years now.

I became interested in teaching after I got a job at a British School in Bogota, as the Director's Assistant but, when my boss saw me interacting with the children in the school he offered me the opportunity to try as a Year 2 assistant and see if I liked the experience. Now, 6 months later, I am loving the experience and I want to continue working with kids!

My aim for the future is to become a qualified preschool teacher so, between my studies and organizing my wedding, I will have a pretty busy year.
