My name is Monica Acosta, I am 27 years old, married with no kids, yet. I am the school psychologist in my school. (EIS), in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. This is my 3rd year as school psychologist, and what I liket the most about my job is that I have gotten the opportunity to work with all age groups, which, eventhough are worlds appart, are all amazing in their own way. Before that I worked 3 years in the Elementary Learning Center, as a Resource teacher.

Professionaly, I am a keen believer in constant professional growth , mostly when your working in this field, were the future of these kids depends, in part, on the support you give them during these crucial stages of their lives. Recently I am working towards my 2nd Masters in Clinical Psychology. Before that I obtained my Master in Education, with Framingham State College.

My hobbies: going to the movies, staying at home watching movies with my husband, reading romantic novels, playing futbol and travel. Favorite places to visit, where I've been at least three times: Dominican Republic, and Monterrey. In Honduras I love to go to Utila (Bay Island) and Copan Ruinas.

I was born in La Ceiba, beautiful port city, which characterized for its warn and happy people and most of its yearly Carnival, in April, (your all invited to come, you will have an amazing time). I've been leaving in San Pedro Sula for 17 year now, and love it.
