Hi Everyone!! I am Wendy Sandoval. I was born in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. All my family is from San Pedro as well. I lived here since I was born until I was 6 years old. My mom then decided we were going to move to the States so we traveled a long distance to the wonderful city of San Francisco, CA. We settled there for many years. I moved back to Honduras when I turned 14.

I began working as a teacher assistant as soon as I graduated from High School. I thought it was going to be for a couple of years but it wasn't. I am happy to say I am a teacher. I earned my bachelors degree in English teaching three years ago. Becoming a teacher has gotten me where I wanted to be. I have been working as a teacher for 11 years now. I work at Happy Days School, I consider it to be my second home. I hope God and my bosses allow me to work there for many years. After my seventh working year I was promoted to Pre-School Principal. This of course was my boost to wanting to be a better teacher.

I am also married to a wonderful man who supports me in anyway possible. We have a lovely and smart 5 year old son. We are PROUD parents.

My goals are: to keep on studying and earn a masters degree in Curriculum Design, to finish the mano a mano program to get my early childhood certification, and to become a mom once more.

I believe I have been blessed. Studying and working hard is the key to success! This is a wonderful opportunity and I hope I learn all the theories I need to learn about Early Childhood Education.
