About Me:
My name is Bethania Fernandez, but people usually call me by my nickname Betty, which I really prefer. I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic.
I really loved the idea of being a teacher since I was in high school. I had a cousin who was a preschool teacher at the same school I was attending, so during my breaks I would go help her with her preschoolers.
After I graduated from high school I went to college to study computers. I don´t know why.
I got a job as a teacher´s aide at a school and after a year working as an aide I decided to become a teacher. I earned my bachelor´s degree in Early Childhood Education.
I´ve been a teacher for 11 years and still enjoy each day with my students.
I have two children, during my free time I enjoy spending time with them.
Other things that I really enjoy doing during my free time are sleeping, watching movies (especially horror movies) and write.
I day dream about writing a book for children.
