Who are the owners? Carlos & Sandra Cantu

One Stop Financial originated in January 2000 and was under the umbrella of a franchise named L.C. Mortgage out of Dallas, TX. After a year of intensive training, we ventured out on our own. We are proud to say that we specialize in the Hispanic market helping low-income families. Presently, we offer Financing for FHA (1st time home buyers), VA and Conventional Home Loans.
